The Company

Our designs are created to remind us to be open rather than judgmental of new viewpoints.  It is the differences we have, which make us each unique.  In order to reach sanity, we must honestly see through other’s eyes. Because to understand another, is to have a greater understanding of ourselves.

All of our shirts are made sweatshop free and printed in Los Angeles.  30% to 40% are printed in-house (literally, at our house) and hand packaged by us.

Our Story

Domestic Sanity is owned by two brothers, Brent and Mark Tan.  Brent, a school psychologist in a Southern California School District, has always had the dream of owning a clothing line.  Mark, two years Brent's junior, has been drawing since he was four and never stopped.  Outside of working in the animation field of video games and television, Mark has always had the need to create outside of the industry.  These aspirations have materialized to illustrations and designs for Domestic Sanity. Oh yeah, our little sister Alison helps us too!

Shipping and Returns

Due to the nature of our print and shirt production, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping notification.  For shipping, please allow 2-3 weeks after receiving shipping notification.  Domestic delivery may take less than 2-3 weeks. 

We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt, but only if the product is in its original condition.  These returns are only good for exchange and store credit.  We do not offer refunds.  Return shipping is at the customers' expense.

Washing Instructions

For best results and longevity, use gentle cycle. Wash inside out with cold water. Dry on low.
